What happens once you receive an Order for your product on presell.crowdpouch.com?
1.
You will receive a confirmation email with order details and a link that will take you to your Dashboard.
2.
You will need to login to your Dashboard and change the status of your order to “Completed” within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note: Please change the order status to “Completed” only after you post/courier the product to the buyer’s address.

If we don’t receive an update of the order status as “Completed” along with the Courier/Tracking details of the shipment within 14 days from the date of the order, the order will be cancelled and the entire amount will be refunded to the customer.
4.
During this period if the customer receives the product well in time, you can login to the Dashboard and enter your bank account details. After that, you can request for withdrawal of the amount. You will receive the payment in 4 working days.
5.
Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the product to reach the customer. It’s important to get and share the tracking information as well.
