Return and Refund Policy

No Cancellation

We currently do not offer cancellation to our customers/buyers. No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.

We are an intermediate Platform that connects sellers and buyers. We will make every effort to ensure that the product can be returned if it is received in the following conditions:

Products in Damaged/Defective/Broken condition
Products you received do not match the description/photo given on the Platform
Products that you may dislike due to factors such as quality, colour and design
To register your Return, Refund or any dispute, please send us an email at support@kreateworld.in within seven (7) working days from the date the product is delivered to you
The product shall be picked up from your delivery location within one (1) to three (3) working days once we have registered for the return
The refund will be credited to your bank account within four (4) to six (6) working days once your refund has been approved from us

There are some conditions that must be met in order to initiate a return and refund request:

the product(s) must be returned in the original condition in which it was received by you, along with any bills, labels and any other documents that came with the product.
The Return, Refund or any dispute must be reported to us at support@kreateworld.in within seven (7) days from the date the product is delivered to you.

No Refund or Return for the following products

The Platform features products directly from creators who have poured their hearts and souls into bringing them to life. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on personalized items that have been personalized/ custom-made for you. Please see the list of products below for which we cannot accept returns or refunds.

Consumable products like food and beverages
Personal/Skincare products like bath and beauty products
Custom made items like paintings, showpieces etc.
Clothing items that have been stitched or custom-made

Kindly note: When your order value is below INR 500, you will be paying shipping charges of Rs.50 for shipping. We will refund you the product price only, not the shipping cost.
